If you are planning on flying into Asheville Regional Airport, there are nonstop flights from Chicago on both American and United Airlines. Rental cars are available at the airport, but not necessary as the airport is only about 25 minutes from downtown.
October is one of the busiest months of the year in Asheville. We would recommend booking travel early. We have secured room blocks at the following hotels. They are listed in order of expense. The Holiday Inn is located outside of downtown Asheville, while the other three are right in the center of downtown. If you prefer to book accommodations other than these, there are many other hotel choices as well as plenty of Airbnbs and VRBOs. Again, We would recommend booking these early.
Our venue will be accessible by personal car, Uber or Lyft. In addition, we will be arranging transportation from one of the downtown hotels to the venue.
